Event Description:The keynote lecture of the exhibit will be given on International Holocaust Remembrance Day, Sunday, Jan. 27 at 7 p.m. by Paul Jaskot, Ph.D. and professor of the history of art and architecture at DePaul University. The lecture is titled “The Ambitions of the SS in the East: Visualizing the Built Environment of Auschwitz.” Jaskot’s most recent book is “The Nazi Perpetrator: Postwar German Art and the Politics of the Right.”
